Service Description

ASC Survey is a compliance management platform for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) built on CMS Conditions for Coverage. The Service provides survey walkthrough tools, compliance tracking, corrective action management, and reporting capabilities.

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure all data entered complies with HIPAA requirements
• Use the platform only for lawful compliance management purposes
